June Crafty Hour: Cutting Text in Paper with Laurie Moorhead
The theme for this month’s Crafty Hour is using text as an element in a piece. How do you add text to your paper cuts? Do you use your own handwriting or print a font? Do you cut from the front or the back? Let’s share techniques about this and other paper cut projects! We’ll share ideas and samples of our work while cutting our own projects. Even if you don’t typically use text, you’re sure to learn something new, as the conversation inevitably wanders into all topics paper cutting!

Crafty Hours are free to all members. Come hang out, bring a beverage, some paper, and whatever you use to cut: Scissors, knife, sheep shears, scalpel, chainsaw, sickle…. We won’t judge! You do you. Crafty Hours happen every 2nd Sunday, 11am PT / noon MT / 2pm ET / 7pm UK. Let’s get to know each other and get cutting!!
