GAP is excited to announce our 2025 member exhibition, “Mountains and Valleys,” juried by Marie-Helene Grabman.”Mountains and Valleys” shows cut paper artworks that celebrate the dramatic landscapes of the Appalachian region and other striking elevations and depressions, the culture of Appalachia, other mountainous regions, folk tales, music, and historical figures, and 3D-paper sculptures.
This exhibition is the first to participate in the Excellency in Exhibition Award program announced in November of last year, awarding a total of $22,500 among 15 finalists as chosen by the juror. The award program is thanks to a grant provided by the Maxwell/Hanrahan Foundation.
