This piece measures 46″ long x 10″ tall and replicates the view from literary agent Rebecca Sherman’s former apartment. In it, you can see the Empire State Building and many other notable New York City landmarks, along with some of the residents in the brownstones up front. The piece took about 550-600 hours to complete. The clouds and illustrations were cut freehand with the miniature scissors on a Victorinox Classic Swiss Army knife. The buildings were largely drafted and cut with the blade. Laser cut replicas of this piece are available for purchase.
